“My husband and I just returned from our first visit to beautiful St Barts. I can honestly say, that the highlight of our trip was staying at this tranquil Beach House. Kate has impeccable taste and thought of every detail. Our first day we were met at the airport by Karine. She was very helpful, showed us around the villa and gave recommendations to restaurants and snorkeling sites, and was available anytime we had a question, by phone. We loved St Bart’s, but, the best part of our trip was coming back to this beach house! The beds were incredibly comfortable with luscious soft linens. The open air kitchen is a cook’s dream with the most spectacular view of the beach. We love taking showers in the fantastic outdoor shower after a long day at the beach and cooking dinner in the beautiful kitchen while listening to music on the wireless speaker. I cant say enough about this place, except that if you are blessed to stay here, you will not be disappointed.” -Eileen
“We loved Kate and Matt’s home in St Barths. The photos of the place are so beautiful and we were pleasantly surprised that the actual home is equally as perfect. The open feel of the house is so nice and you can hear the ocean waves in the distance. The house manager met us at the airport and helped with the luggage and led us to the house. Kate has a detailed list of suggested things to do. Which of course we followed. Everything from the French bakery to a wonderful hike to Colombier Beach. This was our first trip to St Barths and with Kate’s guidance it was a wonderful trip. We are a family of four and the place was great for us. It would also be wonderful for a couple. “I booked a long weekend get away with two old friends to reconnect. We had a busy weekend planned but we really didn’t want to leave this villa. It is perfectly located. Private but very close to Gustavia, St Jean and several beaches. Pictures are accurate – it is beautifully decorated with the living area open to the pool area. The bedrooms have AC which was comfortable but the living area doesn’t need it due to the gentle breezes. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor shower is wonderful. “Our stay was wonderful. From the very beginning we were met at the airport, escorted to the villa and provided with great information about restaurants, beaches and activities. The villa is flawlessly designed and made an amazing home base for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. It is perfectly located close to the airport, amenities and the best beaches on the island. Having a pool at your fingertips is an added bonus and is incredibly convenient on hot days. Everything was very clean and organized from the linens to coming complete with all kitchen utensils and a stove top espresso machine. I highly recommend this villa to anyone considering a St.Barths vacation – we definitely intend to visit again sometime in the future!”- Grier
“I knew from the minute we walked through the front door that this villa was really special. First your eye is delighted by the garden entry. Then you lift your gaze slightly and see the beautiful living room ahead with its gorgeous white walls and dark wood floors. And just beyond that is the pool that seamlessly flows right out of the living space. All the while you are taking this in, the mild breeze that comes from this open floor plan is embracing you. Then you lift your gaze a bit higher and you see the sea and the waves crashing on the rocks. We instantly loved it. This place is as beautiful as it looks in the photos. I love the kitchen. “Right from the start, our stay at Villa Palmier was top notch. Karine, the house manager, made our arrival smoother than we ever could’ve expected. We missed our flight to St Barths due to a delay and arrived by ferry instead. With only 30 minutes advance notice, Karine arranged to have our rental car waiting for us at the ferry terminal and was there to greet us when we got off the boat. The house itself is stunning and feels like it was pulled straight from the pages of an interior design magazine. We loved the open layout, private pool, outdoor shower, and beautiful deck overlooking the bay. The beaches on St Barths were all amazing and we had them almost to ourselves. “My husband and I just got back from Villa Palmier where we spent 10 days on our honeymoon. We had never been to St. Barts and this house made our holiday so much more than we could have imagined. The whole Villa was beautifully decorated and every detail was perfectly thought out. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, the outdoor shower was perfect after a long day at the beach, the kitchen had everything we needed for our many fresh seafood meals at home, the pool was great for a little wake up each morning, the location is beyond convenient as we were able to get anywhere in just a few minutes, and Kate and Matt were extremely professional and easy to work with. We are already talking with them to rent it again for a month this time! I recommend Villa Palmier to a couple or two, a small family, or even someone who is going down solo to get inspiration in the beauty. “So I was a little nervous booking this villa because it had no reviews yet the photos look so beautiful almost fake! I decided to take the chance, keep in mind I was booking this for my boss and his friend in literally less than 24 hours. I sent Kate an email the day they were in the air and though it was SO LAST minute, she made everything happen! It was amazing how fast she got back to me and made the house/villa ready. My boss said his stay was amazing, that the villa was just as beautiful as the photos and they experienced no problems at all. This was such a relief on my end. I love the simple, clean and comfortable aesthetic of the house.
